Requiring the New York City Police Department to report on arrests of individuals under eighteen years of age.
The proposed bill would require the Police Department to submit annual reports to City Council detailing the arresting charge, the age of the individual arrested; the race of the individual arrested; the precinct of the arrest; and whether or not the location of the arrest corresponds to the address of a school run by the Department of Education.
