Int 1628-2019
Requiring the administration of children’s services and the department of probation to report on juvenile justice statistics.
In response to Raise the Age, an expanded number of justice involved youth will be under the jurisdiction of the Administration of Children’s Service. This legislation expands existing reporting requirements contained within the Administrative Code to more closely adhere to legal classifications of the juvenile justice population.
