State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Markowitz, S567 and Assembly Member Jacobs, A.122, "An Act authorizing the city of New York to reconvey its interest in certain real property by in rem tax foreclosure in the borough of Brooklyn to former owners Ernest Buckner and Juanita Bucker, notwithstanding expiration fo the two year period within which application may be made to the city to release its interst in property thus acquired; Block No. 5046, Lot No. 12 on tax map for the borough of Brooklyn."
