State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Sampson, S6637, and Assemblyman Genovesi, A10002, "AN ACT to authorize the city of New York, acting through the commissioner of the department of citywide administrative services, to transfer and convey certain city lands known as the Canarsie cemetery located in the borough of Brooklyn in the city of New York at such time and upon such terms and conditions as the commissioner of the department of citywide administrative services of such city may determine after a request for proposals has been published and a public hearing has been conducted"
