Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the reappointment of LOUIS A. CRUZ as a Member of the Board of Corrections. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which preconsidered on December 19, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 626 of Chapter 25 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves and refers to the entire City Council for reappointment of LOUIS A. CRUZ as a Member of the Board of Corrections, to serve for a term which began on October 13, 2001 and will expire on October 12, 2007. Res. No. 2190 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND REFERRING TO THE ENTIRE CITY COUNCIL FOR REAPPOINTMENT OF LOUIS A. CRUZ AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS By Council Member Povman RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 626 of Chapter 25 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby reappoints LOUIS A.
