ROBLES as City Clerk and Clerk of the Council The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which preconsidered on October 12, 2001, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to Section 48 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment of VICTOR L.
