Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of MARK HERMAN as the Richmond County Democratic Commissioner of Elections REPORTS Pursuant to Section 3-204 of the New York State Elections Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment of MARK HERMAN as the Richmond County Democratic Commissioner of Elections, for a four year term to expire on December 31, 2004.
