Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the re-appointment by the Mayor of ELIAS AROUT as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of ELIAS AROUT as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve for the remainder of a seven-year term that began on February 1, 2001 and expires on January 31, 2008. This matter was referred to the Committee on September 30, 2003. Res. No. _____ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF ELIAS AROUT AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY TAXI AND LIMOUSINE COMMISSION. By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to sections 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the re-appointment by the Mayor of ELIAS AROUT as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission for the remainder of a seven-year term that began on February 1, 2001 and expires on January 31, 2008.
