By Council Members Won, Wong, Restler and Gutierrez: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application Nos. C 260063 PCY and C 260064 PSY (DEP Newtown Creek CSO Tunnel) shall be subject to Council review.
