The NYC City Council met on October 19, 2023 and discussed 67 bills. 40 bills were approved, including "Department of Education to expand career-connected learning programs and opportunities at all public high schools." and "Requiring the department of environmental protection to include information about the location of green roofs in an online map published by such department.". 27 were referred to committee.
