C 130317 ZSR, C 130318 ZSR, C130319 PPR and C130320 PPR shall be subject to Council review. These items are related to Application nos. N 130316 ZRR and C 130315 ZMR which is subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
