Zoning resolution amendment application no. N 970203 ZRY pursuant to Sections 197-d and 200 of the New York City Charter, concerning changes in the text of the zoning resolution that would create a special permit of the Board of Standards and Appeals to allow bulk modifications of single and two-family residences in specified area of the city.
