By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Comrie: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter and Section 62-822(a) of the New York City Zoning Resolution, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure Application nos. C 130068 MMQ, C 130244 ZSQ, C 090486 ZSQ and N 090487 ZAQ shall be subject to Council review. These items are related to Application nos. C 090484 ZMQ and N 090485 ZRQ which are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
