Minority Leader, Designation

We the undersigned, duly elected Michael J. Abel, Andrew S. Eristoff, Stephn J. Fiala, John A. Fusco, Martin Golden, Thomas V. Ognibene and Alfonso Stabile, Minority Members of the Council of the City of New York, purusant to Rule 4.10 of the Rules of the City Council of New York do hereby designate and appoint as Minority Leader of the City Council Thomas V. Ognibene, Borough of Queens for a term commencing on January 1, 1998.
