DESIGNATION OF MINORITY LEADER

We the undersigned, duly elected Dennis Gallagher, Andrew Lanza, James Oddo, Minority Members of the Council of the City of New York, pursuant to Rule 4.10 of the Rules of the City Council of New York do hereby designate and appoint as Minority Leader of the City Council Member James Oddo, Borough of Staten Island for a term commencing January 1, 2004 and terminating December 31st, 2005.
