Use of all-terrain vehicles, including dirt bikes.
This bill prohibits the operation of all-terrain vehicles, including dirt bikes in New York city, unless given consent by the property owner. The first offense is punishable by a fine and/or a civil penalty of up to 500 dollars. Any subsequent offense is punishable by a fine and/or a civil penalty of up to 1000 dollars.
