By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Comrie Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 100206 PPQ, a disposition, and C 100208 ZSQ, C 100209 ZSQ, C 100212 ZSQ, C 100213 ZSQ, C 100214 ZSQ, special permits shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to applications no. C 100207 ZMQ, N 100210 ZRQ and N 100211 ZRQ that are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
