By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Katz: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Applications no. C 070318 PPQ and C 070158 MMQ, and shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to application nos. C 070314 (A) ZMQ, C 070315 (A) ZMQ, C 070316 HUQ, N 070317 HGQ, C 0700322 HDQ that are subject to Council review pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter.
