Tour - Grand Central Partnership, New York City M E M O R A N D U M October 20, 1999 TO: ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS RE: TOUR/MEETING BY THE COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Please be advised that all Council Members are invited to attend a tour/meeting of the Grand Central Partnership, located at 122 East 42nd St. (Lexington Avenue), New York N.Y. The tour will be on Thursday, October 28, 1999 beginning at 12:00 P.M. and will end at approximately 2:00 P.M. A van will be leaving City Hall at 11:30 A.M. and will return at approximately 2:30 P.M.
