Int 1101-2016
Temporary waiver of penalties for violations relating to fuel gas piping systems and appliances that are promptly repaired.
This bill would create a temporary period where fines for improper fuel gas installations in buildings would be waived provided that the building owner responsible for such installations brings such installations into full compliance with the building code and other applicable laws during the temporary waiver period.
