Int 0416-2026
Street cleanliness requirements for city concessionaires and franchisees.
This bill would require that anyone in charge of certain structures pursuant to a franchise or concession agreement with New York City keep the area around their structures clean from litter, debris, or other refuse. It would also impose penalties for violations, which would range from $500 to $3,500, depending on whether it is a first offense or a subsequent offense.
