Sanitation to borrow from member contributions (S.3875-A/ A.6175-A)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Padavan, S.3875-A, and Assembly Member Abbate, A.6175-A, “AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to permitting certain New York city sanitation members to borrow from their accumulated member contributions and to repeal certain provisions of the retirement and social security law relating thereto”.
