State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Padavan, S.4969, and Assembly Member Abbate, A.7620, “AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to including in a twenty-five year retirement program members of the New York city employees’ retirement system employed as traffic enforcement agents (level 4); and to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to including in a twenty-five year retirement program members of the New York city employees’ retirement system employed as traffic enforcement agents (level 4) who are subject to articles 11 and 15 of such law”.
