State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Velella, S.2365, and Assembly Members Abbate, Colton, Aubry, Seddio, Cymbrowitz and Lavelle, et al, A.5175, "AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to allowing correction members of the New York city employees' retirement system to obtain retirement credit for certain periods of child care leave".
