Discontinue the use as park land of a portion of Van Cortland Park in the borough of The Bronx.

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill to authorize the city of New York to discontinue the use as park land of a portion of Van Cortlandt Park in the borough of the Bronx during the construction of a water filtration facility and related facilities, equipment and appurtenances and after said construction, to continue the use of part of such land for the operation and maintenance of a filtration facility and such related facilities, equipment and appurtenances".
