State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Assembly Members Seddio, Colton, Abbate, Lavelle, et al, A.1446, "AN ACT in relation to requiring all cities having a population of one million or more which enforce their parking regulations by means of the towing or impoundment of illegally parked motor vehicles to accept credit cards of the most widely-used affiliated issuers in lieu of cash".
