State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Committee on Rules, S.7598-A, and Committee on Rules, A.11540-B, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of a twenty-five year/age fifty retirement program for members of the New York city employees' retirement system employed in automotive positions; and in relation to providing for employer pick up, pursuant to provisions of the internal revenue code, of certain additional member contributions required to be made by certain participants in the twenty-five year/age fifty retirement programs and repealing certain provisions of the retirement and social security law relating thereto".
