State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senators Maltese, Alesi, Leibell, Libous, McGee, Morahan, Spano and Velella, S.7367-A, and Committee on Rules, A.11320-A, "AN ACT to amend the general municipal law, in relation to benefits for employees of governmental entities performing emergency medical services in the city of New York who suffer any condition or impairment of health caused by diseases of the heart resulting in disability or death".
