State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Marchi, S.6155-A, and Assembly Member Abbate, et al, A.9722-A, "AN ACT to amend the general municipal law and the retirement and social security law, in relation to benefits for employees of governmental entities performing peace officer services in the city of New York, who are injured in the performance of their duties".
