Cohen, Colton, Cymbrowitz, Ortiz, Pheffer and Seddio, et al A.9914-A, "AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of a twenty year retirement program for members of the New York city employees' retirement system employed as investigators by district attorneys' offices; and to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to the establishment of twenty year retirement programs for such members who are subject to articles 11 and 15 of such law".
