Allowing certain persons in public employment to file a request for retroactive membership (A.9909)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Assembly Member Sanders, A.9909, "AN ACT to amend chapter 611 of the laws of 1977 relating to allowing certain persons in public employment to file a request for retroactive membership with the state comptroller, and to amend chapter 510 of the laws of 1974 relating to public employee retirement rights and benefits, in relation to providing similar allowances for pedagogical employees of the city of New York similarly situated".
