Real Property Tax Law (A.9184)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Committee on Rules, A.9184, "AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to extending for three years the partial abatement of real property taxes on residential real property classified as class two pursuant to section 1802 of the real property tax law and held in the cooperative or condominium form of ownership in a city having a population of one million or more".
