Amend chapter 666 of the laws of 1990 (S.5412, A.8350)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Leibell, S.5412, and by Committee on Rules, A.8350, "AN ACT to amend chapter 666 of the laws of 1990, amending the administrative code of the city of New York and the education law relating to the availability of additional pension benefits for an extended second public employment to retirees from twenty and twenty-five year plans, in relation thereto and to amend chapter 673 of the laws of 1980, relating to authorizing certain public officers to join the New York state and local employees' retirement system, in relation to the availability of additional benefits to such officers".
