State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Senator Leibell, S.5288, and Committee on Rules, A.8648, "AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing retroactive credit for investigators and detectives who transferred into the police department of the city of New York from the transit authority and housing authority police departments".
