Establishment of twenty-five year/age fifty retirement programs for senior automotive service workers, etc. (S.5097, A.8482)
State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senators Marchi and Leibell, S.5097, and by Committee on Rules, A.8482, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to the establishment of twenty-five year/age fifty retirement programs for senior automotive service workers, automotive service workers, auto body workers, auto mechanics, marine maintenance mechanics and oil burner specialists who are subject to articles 11 and 15 of such law; and in relation to providing for employer pick up, pursuant to provisions of the internal revenue code, of certain additional member contributions required to be made by certain participants in the twenty-five year/age fifty retirement programs".
