State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Assembly Member M. Cohen, A.7197, "AN ACT prohibiting the establishment of a green light speed progression sequence or timing rates for the changing of traffic signals to facilitate motorists' traveling in excess of the posted speed limit on Queens boulevard".
