State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill introduced by Assembly Member McLaughlin, A.2322, "AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to the annual fee for lessor filing of registration plate numbers with a parking violations bureau in cities of one million or more persons for each leased or rented vehicle owned by it".
