Real Property Tax Law (S.8153/A.11438)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Committee on Rules, S.8153, and Committee on Rules, A.11438, "AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to the definition of eligible building for purposes of title 4-A of article 4 of such law; and to amend chapter 772 of the laws of 1966, relating to enabling any city having a population of one million or more to raise tax revenue, and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing tax credits authorized under the relocation and employment assistance program in certain areas of cities having a population of one million or more".
