State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Padavan, S.8100, and by the Committee on Rules, A.11381, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to the determination of benefits of certain members of the New York city police pension fund, subchapter two and the New York city fire department pension fund, subchapter two, and to repeal subdivision g of section 443 of such law, relating to the salary base used to calculate benefits for certain members of such pension funds and subdivision h of section 443 of such law, relating to demands in collective bargaining for the pension benefit provided by subdivision g of section 443 of such law."
