Retirement, Sanitation Workers (S.3138-A, A.5865-A)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Marchi, S.3138-A, and Assembly Member Vitaliano, et al, A.5865-A,"AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to employee contributions to the twenty year retirement program for New York city sanitation members and to allow sanitation workers who are members of the New York city employees' retirement system to elect the benefits provided by chapter 547 of the laws of 1992".
