State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Leibell, S.6543, and Assembly Member Vitaliano, et al, A.9531, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to benefit calculations for members of the New York city employees' retirement system and the New York city board of education retirement system who are subject to the provisions of article 11 of such law".
