Retirement program (S.5714-A, A.8139-A)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills introduced by Senator Spano, S.5714-A, and by the Committee on Rules, A.8139-A "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to the application of the age fifty-seven retirement program, the mandated physically taxing program and the incumbent fifty-five/twenty-five program for certain employees and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof".
