State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Spano, S.5714, and by Committee on Rules, A.8139, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to the application of the age fifty-seven retirement program, the mandated physically taxing program and the incumbent fifty-five/twenty-five program for certain employees and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof".
