Pension Funds Invest In Mortgages (S.4383-A A.6614-A)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Goodman, S.4383-A, and Assembly Members Klein, Lafayette, et al, A.6614-A, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to authorizing the trustees of the various New York city pension funds to invest in mortgages with lower values in order to encourage investment in smaller scale low and middle income housing projects".
