Vehicle Registration Stagger, Yellow Cabs etc. (A.8263)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Committee on Rules, A.8263, "AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to requiring the commissioner of motor vehicles to stagger the vehicle registration expiration dates of livery, for hire and yellow cab vehicles registered from an address located within any city having a population of one million or more persons".
