Retirement, Fire Alarm Dispatchers (S.2819)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Senators Maltese, Padavan, Spano, Trunzo and Velella, S.2819, "An Act to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of a twenty-five year retirement program for members of the New York City employees' retirement system employed as fire alarm dispatchers; and to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to the establishment of twenty-five year retirement programs for such members who are subject to articles 11 and 15 of such law."
