State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Maltese, S.887-B, and Assembly Members Abbate, Carrozza, Cook, Lafayette, et al, A.4621-B, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of twenty-year retirement programs for deputy sheriffs who are subject to articles 11 and 15 of the retirement and social security law; and in relation to providing for employer pick up, pursuant to provisions of the internal revenue code, of certain additional member contributions required to be made by certain participants in the twenty-year retirement programs".
