State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Marchi, S.4474, and Assembly Member Connelly, A.7892, "AN ACT in relation to authorizing the city of New York to discontinue the use as park land of a portion of Northerleigh Park in the borough of Staten Island, and to transfer such land, consisting of occupied housing, to the department of housing preservation and development of such city for disposition in exchange for the dedication as park land of a greater amount of land, an unimproved city street (Harrower Street) or other land of equal or greater fair market value than the discontinued park land or improvements to existing park land".
