State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senators Gentile and Markowitz, S.2849, and Assembly Member Abbate, A.5119 "AN ACT to authorize the city of New York, acting through the commissioner of citywide administrative services, to transfer and convey certain city land known as Bennet Lane located in the borough of Brooklyn in the city to the several homeowners whose property abuts such land at such time and upon such terms and conditions as the commissioner of the department of citywide administrative services shall determine".
