State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Assembly Members Klein, Espaillat, Diaz, Lopez, Kaufman, Scarborough and Nolan, A.5316, "AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law and the administrative code to the city of New York, in relation to establishing the amount of the penalty for certain parking violations and providing for further adjustments thereof raising the threshold for certain enforcement measures, and providing for adjudication of parking violations by the office of administrative trials and hearings in the city of New York; and to repeal section 19-208 of the administrative code of the city of New York relating to appeals within the parking violations bureau".
